A V. I. T. to Blackburn

James arranged that V. I. T. for me and him to go to Blackburn because it has a museum and art gallery that has some pictures from one of my blogs about my keen interest in cats as part of an exhibition! Here I am, down there, with photographs of and synopsises about my first 4 cats! v

August the 13th marked the first time I go to Blackburn. And I must tell you; the Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery has quite the most colourful and unique exhibitions and displays in respective rooms. Take one for example; it has a bicycle covered in colourful cottons, potted models of the evil weasels from The Wind In The Willows, a giant painted Spider Man sitting sculpture, a suitcase full of Muppet toys, and a little village display which, I commented, reminds me of Smurf Village. It’s also the same room that has the the 4 pictures from my cat blog!

The museum & art gallery even has its own unique map of it. Because, instead of an illustration, they used diorama display thingies to make that map.

See?

Also, in another room that is full of ancient machineries, the museum & art gallery has a model of an area with a tiny goods train with a Great Western tender engine with a London, Midland & Scottish tender.

But the mostest and bestest part of the trip of all is that I saw my name on a list of artists! Check out this zoom-in video here. v

This makes me feel proud about it… :)
